2’26″ Peter talks about his efforts during the inaugural FNB Joburg 10km CITYRUN.  He suffered a damaged cartilage around his knee cap a few years ago and two years ago could not run 2km without pain but thanks to a lot of hard work was able to complete this race.  He also credits his wife Ntando Stemmet for her support and she even ran a personal best on the day! 7’26? National triathlon coach Lindsey Parry is this week’s guest.  Parry helped Henri Schoeman achieve a bronze medal at the Olympic Games in Rio De Janeiro in August. 


10’20”  Parry talks about what would motivate an athlete to want to be a triathlete.

13’20” Parry talks about the importance of how triathlon can grow and how South Africa has very suitable conditions for this to take place.
