Tottenham Hotspur beat Swansea City 3-2 at White Hart Lane in an exciting English Premier League meeting on Wednesday. One of the earliest incidents in the match was an offside against Jonjo Shelvey. Nacer Chadli scored the first goal for Spurs after being assisted by Danny Rose.
A few minutes later Sung-Yueng Ki scored an equaliser for Swansea. The game intensified as neither team was holding back. Both teams pulled their socks up as each team attempted to score but failed.
Shelvey tried to score but the ball fell in the keeper’s hands as the match remained level. Ryan Mason scored the second goal and Andros Townsend followed with the third goal for Mauricio Pochettino’s side. Eric Dier received a yellow card for foul play before more drama would arrive.
Gylfi Sigurdsson scored the second goal for the Swans after he placed the ball into the bottom right after played by Jefferson Montero. It was not enough as Tottenham ran out winners 3-2.
