Romania Ready For Italians

Romania coach Lynn Howells has named his match day squad for the Oaks’ final Rugby World Cup Pool D clash against Italy on Sunday.  For both teams, the possibility of reaching the quarter-finals has gone but, at stake in this fixture, is automatic qualification to the next World Cup in Japan in 2019.  Howells has opted to go with the old adage of never changing a winning team save for scrumhalf Valentin Calefeteanu, who comes in.

The eastern Europeans ran out 17-15 winners against Canada in their last match in what was a stunning comeback from 15-0 down and would love to put one over the Azzurri.
