GGG & Lemieux Ready To Rumble

World Boxing Council interim middleweight champion, Kazakh Gennady Golovkin, and Canadian David Lemieux will clash at Madison Square Garden in New York this Saturday, where the war of words will transform into a hell for leather.  Accompanied by their promoters and teams, both fighters attended  the final presser at the MSG theater, prior to fists flying on fight night.  Golovkin, 33-0, says:  ‘This will be new history at Madison Square Garden.  I feel great to be offering a gift to the fans.  About my rival, I only can say he is an excellent champion, but I’m ready for  a marvellous  show.  I’m  telling you, it’ll be a great night.’

Meanwhile, Lemieux (34-2, 31 KO) said he’s delighted for the opportunity of fulfilling an important goal at Madison Square Garden:  ‘It’ll be a night you’ll certainly always remember.  I won’t leave the stage empty handed.’  The official weigh in will take place this Friday at Madison Square Garden.
